Cocktails | Pomegranate Kiss Martini

Thea's serves this cocktail. I love it. It took several attempts and a chat with the bartender to get it right, but here it is.

Yield: 1 serving

Ingredients

2 ounces Absolut Mandrin vodka

1 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice

1/2 ounce Cointreau

3 ounce POM Wonderful pomegranate juice

1/2 ounce simple syrup

 

Method

Put all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with crushed ice, shake for 20 to 30 seconds. Pour into a chilled martini glass.

Note: The brand of pomegranate juice makes a difference. We tried a few and found that the POM Wonderful had the best taste and color.
