Cocktails | Mojito Martini

This cocktail is from my one of favorite restaurants in Los Gatos, Cin-Cin. Pair it with a Mojito Cupcake.
Yield: 1 serving
Ingredients
2 ounces of rum, Flor de Caña Extra Dry
1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
1/2 ounce simple syrup
10 mint leaves
sugar for glass
Method
Chill martini glasses in freezer. Run lime slice around rim of glass, then dip into sugar.
Fill cocktail shaker about 1/3 full with ice. Add 10 mint leaves to shaker, add rum, fresh lime juice and simple syrup. Shake about 30 seconds, strain into glass and serve.
