Cuban | Cuban Citrus Chicken

An easy citrus marinade with Cuban flavors.
Yield: 2 to 4 servings
1/4 cup fresh lime juice, about 1 lime
1/2 cup fresh orange juice, about 1 1/2 oranges
1/8 cup fresh lemon juice, about 1/2 lemon
2 garlic cloves, crushed
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon cumin seeds, toasted and ground (How To Toast Cumin Seeds)
2 teaspoons dried oregano, crushed
1 bay leaf, crushed
2 to 4 pieces of chicken
Whisk marinade ingredients together, then add chicken. Marinade for several hours or overnight.
Remove chicken from marinade. Season chicken with salt and pepper, grill until cooked through.
