Mexican | Chicken Tacos with Cabbage Salad and Goat Cheese

We love these, but you must love the cabbage salad. They are a bit tangy. My husband came up with the idea of using goat cheese. It's a tasty combo.
Ingredients
corn tortillas (I use Sonoma brand tortillas, they crisp in a dry pan.)
roasted chicken, shredded (I use roasted chicken from Whole Foods.)
goat cheese crumbles
Method
Warm corn tortillas one at a time in a skillet. To make taco, add chicken, goat cheese and cabbage salad to corn tortilla.
