American | Watermelon Salad

Easy and refreshing summer salad.
Yield: one small slab per person
circular slab of watermelon
fresh mozzarella, sliced
Slice watermelon, then cut around rind to remove it. Top with fresh mozzarella, mint, basil, walnuts, olive oil and Maldon salt.
