Israeli | Tahini Sauce

Yield: 1/2 cup
Ingredients
1/4 cup tahini
3 tablespoons cold water
1 tablespoon lemon juice
kosher salt, to taste
Method
In a small bowl, mix together ingredients until smooth and thick.
