Veggies | Roasted Corn

I got corn in my farm basket on Tuesday, roasted it on Wednesday. I love this method. It's easy and tastes great.
Yield: as many ears as you want
Ingredients
ears of fresh corn in the husks
Method
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Trim both ends of the corn. Place in the oven on baking sheet and roast until the kernels are tender when pierced with the tip of a knife, about 25 to 30 minutes. Remove and let cool until just cool enough to handle, then remove the husks and silk.
