Veggies | Roasted Carrots

I love roasted veggies. These carrots are easy to make and tasty.
Ingredients
carrots, sliced equal sized pieces
extra-virgin olive oil
kosher sea salt, to taste
freshly ground pepper, to taste
Method
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Put carrots on baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Toss to coat, then spread out into a single layer. Bake for about 8 to 15 minutes, or until tender, stirring occasionally.
