Veggies | Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Truffle Oil

My current favorite veggie. (Bacon is a veggie, right?)
Yield: as much as you want
salt, to taste
white truffle oil
cooked bacon, crumbled
pepper, to taste
Preheat oven to 400°.
Clean, trim, and cut Brussels sprouts in half. Toss in olive oil, and sprinkle with salt. Roast Brussels sprouts for about 30 minutes in oven.
When Brussels sprouts are done cooking, move them to a serving dish. Sprinkle with truffle oil and toss with bacon. Taste and adjust seasonings.
