Sweets | Orange Nut Coffee Cake

I used to make this for my family 30 or more years ago, then forgot about the recipe. My mom recently reminded me of it. It stays very moist so you can make it the day before.
Yield: 1 coffee cake
Ingredients
CAKE
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
dash of salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 cup whole milk
1/2 cup oil
1-2 tablespoons orange rind
juice of 1 orange
TOPPING
1 cup packed brown sugar
4 tablespoons butter, melted
1 cup chopped walnuts
GLAZE
3/4 cup sifted powder sugar
1 tablespoon whole milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Method
Stir in first 7 ingredients. Add in wet ingredients. Beat on medium speed until just mixed.
Butter and flour a 9 by 13 inch pan.
Pour cake mixture into pan. Combine topping mixture and sprinkle over top.
Bake in pre-heated 350° F oven for 30 minutes. Toothpick should come out clean.
Combine glaze ingredients until smooth, drizzle over cooled cake.
