American | Nectarine and Tomato Salad

Another favorite summer salad.
Yield: 2 large servings
Ingredients
3 nectarines, sliced into wedges
3 tomatoes, sliced into wedges
1/4 cup feta cheese
1/2 thinly sliced red onion
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup fresh mint, chiffonade
1/4 cup fresh basil, chiffonade
olive oil
Maldon salt
Method
Combine nectarines, tomatoes, feta, red onions, pecans, mint and basil. Dress with olive oil and salt.
