Spanish | Manchego and Quince Tapa

Manchego cheese and quince paste can be served as an appetizer or dessert. In Spain, it's served as a dessert.

Yield: as much as you want

Ingredients

Manchego cheese

quince paste

 

Method

Cut Manchego and quince paste in desired shapes, and assemble. For the tapa above, I used a small round cookie cutter and a 1/4 teaspoon scoop.
