American | Loaded Baked Potato

I served this with a Hawaiian Steakhouse theme dinner. Check out Hawaiian Rib-Eye Steak.
Yield: as many as you want
Ingredients
russet potatoes, scrubbed
sour cream
white cheddar cheese, grated
bacon, cooked and crumbled
chives, thinly sliced
Method
Preheat oven to 400°. Slightly wet the potatoes, and roll in salt. Brush off excess. Cook potatoes for an hour.
Slice open potatoes and top with sour cream, cheese, bacon and chives.
