Spanish | Fried Padrón Peppers Tapa

A popular tapa in Spain. I love these!! I get lots of peppers in my farm basket during the summer, and this is a great fast and easy way to use them. They are super tasty!
Yield: as many as you want
Ingredients
Padrón peppers
olive oil
Maldon sea salt flakes
Method
Heat skillet, add olive oil. Quickly fry peppers. Drain on paper towels. Salt to finish. Enjoy while still warm.
