A chocolatey cocktail for Halloween! Boo!
A couple other variations to try: use Godiva Liqueur instead of Creme de Cacao, add a teaspoon of Chamboard for a raspberry flavor, and/or add a champagne float. Make it to your taste!
Yield: 1 serving
Ingredients
3 ounces vodka (Skyy)
1 ounce Creme de Cacao
1 tablespoon good quality cocoa powder
1 tablespoon superfine sugar
lime wedge
Method
Put cocoa and sugar on a plate, mix together. Rub lime wedge around rim of glass. Dip glass into cocoa mixture.
Put vodka and Creme de Cacao in a cocktail shaker with crushed ice. Shake for about 30 seconds. Pour into glass.
