French | Buckwheat Crêpes with Ham and Cheese

I first had this dish from a French food delivery service that we used while I was working. It came with the ham and cheese inside the crêpe, it was up to you to add the egg, usually on top. We loved it. I ended up making the recipe using a cooking school cookbook so the recipe for the crêpe batter was too large to recommend. This is just a write-up to give you an idea of the dish. To make this dish, make buckwheat crêpes. Then added an over-easy egg, Gruyère cheese, and thinly sliced ham.
Yield: as many as you want
Ingredients
buckwheat crêpes
over-easy eggs
grated Gruyère cheese
thinly sliced ham
Method
Put egg, grated cheese, and ham inside a crêpe. Fold over.
