American | BLT Salad

I wanted a BLT but didn't feel like eating bread, so I came up with this. Super tasty.
Update: Made blue cheese optional, and added sundried cherry tomatoes and artichoke hearts.
Yield: 2 entree servings
1 head butter lettuce, torn into pieces
6 slices Applewood bacon, cooked and crumbled
3 tomatoes, medium dice
olives, to taste
blue cheese, to taste (optional)
1 avocado, medium dice
sun semi-dried cherry tomatoes, to taste (optional)
artichoke hearts, small, whole, packed in brine, to taste (optional)
Toss all ingredients. Enjoy!
